How to make

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil the eggs for 12 minute. Drain and rinse the eggs under cold water until they are cool enough to handle.
  2. Peel and place the peeled eggs in a large bowl. Mash the eggs using a fork. Add the mayonnaise and the truffle sauce and stir with a spoon. Adjust the seasonings to taste.
  3. Make a sandwich, taking care to spread the eggs to the edges of the bread!
