Fior Di Maso is a brand of Ca Form, one of the leading companies in the Italian cheese industry. The history of the company dates back to the 1880s. “Fare del bene, producendo il buono” Doing Well by Doing Good. It is with this vision that Ca Form works every day to produce cheeses and cured meats of the highest quality in order to share with people, contribute to their well-being, as well as the well-being of the environment and society as a whole.


Approximately 170,000 liters of milk are delivered to our factory every day from 250 exclusive contract farmers located between Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. While utilizing the latest in technology, to ensure we stay true to the traditional taste, we carry out rigorous quality checks in our factory certified by the Veneto Region,and only cheeses that have passed such strict regulations are aged in our warehouse.

The authentic taste from Italy to Japan

Established in 2013 in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Ca Form Japan has grown rapidly in recent years, becoming an important player in the Japanese B2B market. In August 2020 the company expanded, adding a new facility in eastern Tokyo, complete with a cheese and ham processing area.

After spending a few years in the B2B market, we opened our first retail store in April 2020 located in Tokyo.
