How to make
- Crush the walnuts
- Mince the rocket salad
- Grate the parmigiano reggiano
- Place ricotta, walnuts, rocket salad and parmigiano reggiano in a large bowl and stir well
- Place a table spoon of 4. at the edge of a bresaola slice and roll it up. Repeat the same process on the rest of bresaola slices.
- Serve them with some grated parmigiano, rocket and olive oil
