How to make

  1. Crush the walnuts
  2. Mince the rocket salad
  3. Grate the parmigiano reggiano
  4. Place ricotta, walnuts, rocket salad and parmigiano reggiano in a large bowl and stir well
  5. Place a table spoon of 4. at the edge of a bresaola slice and roll it up. Repeat the same process on the rest of bresaola slices.
  6. Serve them with some grated parmigiano, rocket and olive oil
