Asiago Flat pancetta was available in 1kg and 500g but we start to offer a new size 250g, which is easy to use at home.
Our Pancetta is made in our own factory in Asiago, Veneto, above 1000m above sea level, and is slowly aged in the cold, clear breeze of the mountains, resulting in a sweet, moist and soft finish. The pig used for raw material meets the standards used for Parma ham. Because we use pigs that have grown large enough, the balance between fat and lean meat is very good, and the finished product is thick. No extra spices, just salt and pepper.
