Pasta

Onion

Fresh Cream

Mushrooms

Salt and pepper
How to make
1. Cut the onion into thin slices
2. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces
3. Cut the speck into bite-sized pieces
4. Put some olive oil in a frypan, and heat the speck on low to mid-heat. Once the speck starts showing some color, add in the sliced onion pieces
5. When the onions become transparent, add in the mushrooms and fry until they turn soft.
6. Add fresh cream to the frypan – once heated add salt and pepper to your liking
7. Add the boiled pasta to the frypan, and mix well. If needed, adjust the sauce texture by adding some of the boiled pasta water to the mix
8. Put the pasta and sauce mix on a plate and season it with extra pepper if necessary
