Tartufata is a mushroom-based sauce with black truffles produced by LE IFE, a specialist in fresh truffles in Molise.

We made a request to the producers to make a special Japan-exclusive recipe; chopping more roughly than the products for Italian consumers so that our Japanese customers can enjoy the texture of the mushrooms as well as the rich truffle aroma even more.

If you add it to dishes such as omelet, pizza, toast, sandwich, pasta with fresh cream, these will quickly turn into a starred dish with a flavor level equivalent to that of a first-class chef.
