The whiteness that shines like pearls, the soft and delicate taste, and the melting in the mouth make it very delicious also with bread or crackers. A long time ago, milk was milked from tired cows that had just returned from mountain grazing, and this cheese was made from that little milk, so the Lombardia dialect "Strac" means "tired". )
