The most popular salami in Italy - fine grind and mild flavour
There are many varieties of salami dipending on the regions. Typical examples are "Salame Napoli", which comes from Campania, and "Salame Milano", which is from Lombardy. "Salame Milano" was originally made in the southern part of Milan, but now it is the most popular salami in Italy. Finely ground pork is seasoned with pepper and garlic. As the meat and the fat are finely and evenly finished, the mouthfeel is soft and you can feel the sweetness of the meat. As the import of pork from Italy was banned, we had our Italian cured meat producer ask their Spanish counterpart to make it according to the Italian recipe. The result is remarkably close in taste and finish to Italian salami! * The actual weights of the products may differ from the weights above (650g~750g)
