Pancetta Tesa is a natural traditionally cured pork belly. Similar in uses to bacon, but a lighter, fresher flavour with salt and spices. There are various types of pancetta, such as pancetta arrotolata, which is formed into a round roll, but pancetta tesa is the standard square type. Since the import of pork from Italy was banned, we searched for a manufacturer that could process pork using the Italian method, and after many improvements, we were finally able to start selling the product. Spanish pork is smaller than Italian pork, so it is thinner than Italian pork. The skin has already been removed, so it can be cut and used as is for cooking.
