Bazza's Soppressa is a family-owned salami that has a good reputation for its taste and has been evaluated by famous gourmet magazines. The salami manufactured by the company, which is made based on the traditional method, uses the parts that are originally made into coppa and pancetta, and because it is made large and matures slowly, it has a rarer and a deeper flavor. Aging in the cellar for about 120 days creates the softness of traditional Veneto salami and the unique taste of soppressa. It is kneaded with plenty of garlic and spices, so it is recommended to slice it into thin slices and use it as a snack for sake, or chop it into pasta ingredients.
