The panettone we offer in 2023 is not a standard industry product that can be purchased from any given store in Italy, but handcrafted by Saporarte, a small pastry workshop in Padova, Veneto. The confectioner Claudio Sandorin founded Saporarte combining friendship with passion for sourcing their high-quality ingredients. Despite the team being composed by only four people, they aim for the highest quality control, handling all processes from production to sales. The ingredients are very simple, with no preservatives, chemical seasonings, or other unnecessary ingredients. This results in a sweet wafting aroma, a perfect proportion of dried fruits and the moist texture of dough... you will fall in love with this delight of Italian Christmas!
