Salsa “Orto”

Our Vegetable Garden Sauce is a rustic wrought with parsley, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, cauliflowers fennels, onions and celery. It’s versatile and balanced sauce. Try it with boiled beef, boiled eggs and anchovies, as well as boiled potatoes, bloomy rind cheeses, Robiola and soft goat’s milk cheeses.
