Ricotta means "to simmer again”, as the whey that comes out during the cheese manufacturing process is heated again. To make our Ricotta we only use high quality whey obtained during the manufacturing of our Asiago DOP and we constantly keep the same temperature during the whole manufacture process to avoid losing the milk flavor. This manufacture process makes our Ricotta cheese unbeatable in terms of flavor. You can use our Ricotta to make delicious ricotta tarts and pancakes or enjoy it in your favorite pasta.

Veneto, the location of the Ca Form headquarters. In the vast plains and the magnificent nature of the Alps in the north, sheep were kept as a livestock until the 16th century, when they were replaced by cows. In these mountainous areas where there is heavy snowfall in winter, you find the production of large, well-preserved, long-term aged cheeses. Asiago, a cheese representative of the Veneto area, boasts the sixth largest production of DOP cheese.
