Carbonara Set

This is a set to make authentic carbonara for four people by simply adding eggs and black pepper. The real recipe needs guanciale, but since it cannot be imported, we include pancetta which contains a good quantity of fat. Pancetta and pecorino romano are not usually available in this small size. The price is also discounted at 2,750 yen instead of 3,100 yen for the all single products! You can choose any type of pasta you like, except spaghettoni. It includes:

1. Spanish Flat Pancetta ca.150g x 1
2. Pecorino Romano ca.150g x 1
